Thanks to its structurally optimized design, the new swash plate axial variable piston pump offers a better price/performance ratio than the standard model due to its larger displacement, higher power density and more compact structure. As the drive pump of the mobile mechanical fan system, the fan system has higher cooling power, which can further realize the energy saving and fuel economy of the machine.

MVPD adopts a more compact design. With the same displacement, MVPD is smaller than standard MVP. Thanks to the more compact installation size, the product is able to meet the customer's tighter space constraints and is easier to install.

The installation position of the control valve can determine the optimal installation position according to the application, and in addition to the standard top mounting method, the side or back mounting method can be selected, so that the installation layout of the product in the fan system is very flexible, and the internal space is reasonably freed.

Compared with the standard MVP, the MVPD of the same class has the characteristics of larger displacement and higher power. Among them, the maximum displacement of the MVPD30 series has been extended to 50cc/rev, which is more suitable for the application of independent fan systems in large equipment. Choosing MVPD48 instead of MVP60 as the drive pump for the fan system is also a more cost-effective fan system solution.
 

MVPD piston pump and gear pump can adopt a series integration scheme, the rear cover of the piston pump is the front cover of the gear pump, thereby reducing the overall size of the pump and saving installation space. Cost advantages over standard flange connections. Gear pumps and piston pumps can share the same oil inlet, simplifying the customer's system piping.
